Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns on eligible unused items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

All returns and refunds are subject to a 4% transaction fee.

Rock Sliders
Replacement part coverage is provided for 90 days for manufacturing defects. Please contact thecanamcrew@yahoo.com with photos and your order information.

Custom Cage Build Deposits
All custom cage build deposits are final and non-refundable unless Mud & Metal Offroad is unable to complete the build.

Smart Spool Diff and Related Parts
Smart Spool Diffs and related Smart Spool products are non-returnable because they are manufactured or ordered specifically for the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

Starting a Return
Before sending anything back, contact us at thecanamcrew@yahoo.com for return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable transaction fee.
