Phoenix Axle for Extreme Riding

Built for high-speed, high-heat, and high-articulation riding, Assault Industries’ MAS-223 Phoenix Axle is designed to handle conditions that can overwhelm standard axles. Its proprietary high-temperature grease keeps the CV joints lubricated under extreme heat, while oversized CVs and a larger chromoly shaft provide added strength and articulation.

High-Temperature Performance

Phoenix Axles use a specialized grease designed for sustained heat and friction. In lab testing, the grease maintained performance up to 586.4°F, while OEM grease began breaking down around 365°F.

Oversized CV Joints

Larger CV joints allow the axle to operate at extreme angles with less risk of binding or overheating, making it well suited for lifted machines, offset A-arms, rock crawling, desert riding, and aggressive suspension travel.
