Upgrade your Polaris RZR PRO XP steering with SuperATV’s RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion. Designed to reduce play and improve durability, RackBoss 2.0 uses X24 Tech for over 50% less wear than stock, helping maintain responsive steering with bigger tires, lifts, and rough riding.

X24 Tech Dual-Bushing Design

Heavy-duty PTFE bushings at both ends of the rack help virtually eliminate internal play. A built-in grease fitting makes maintenance easy and helps keep steering reliable over time.

Tie Rod Options

Choose the setup that fits your build:

• Swaged Tube Tie Rods — Lightweight 7/8” steel tubing with reinforced flared ends, 16 mm rack threads, and 14 mm rod threads
• Solid Steel Bar Tie Rods — Heavy-duty 1” solid steel bars with 3/4” outer heim joints, rebuildable inner tie rods, and 16 mm rack threads
• Billet Aluminum Tie Rods — Lightweight 6061 billet aluminum with a polished square design, 3/4” rod threads, and 16 mm rack threads
